We have a strict No-Return and No-Refund Policy. We do not accept returns or provide refunds under any circumstances.

✅ Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • 📦 The product received is damaged or defective.

  • ❌ The wrong product has been delivered.

📋 Exchange Policy & Process

To request an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. 🎥 Record an Unboxing Video: You must provide a complete, uninterrupted unboxing/unpacking video showing the product, shipping label, and original packaging clearly. The label and packaging must remain intact and clearly visible.

  2. 📧 Send the Video Within 48 Hours: Email your recorded video to Acrylicworld56@gmail.com within 48 hours of product delivery for verification.

  3. 🔍 Verification & Approval: Our team will review the video and verify the issue before approving the exchange.

  4. 🚚 Exchange Delivery: Once the exchange request is approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 7 business days.

⚠️ Important: Exchange requests submitted without the required unboxing video or after the 48-hour verification window may not be accepted.

📦 Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us promptly at Acrylicworld56@gmail.com so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Please ensure that you share the required unboxing/unpacking video, with the shipping label and packaging clearly visible and intact, within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Do not send any product back without contacting us and receiving prior approval. Unauthorized shipments will not be accepted.
